With Medigate, medical providers can more safely operate all medical devices on their networks, enabling the deployment of existing and new devices to patients while ensuring their privacy and safety. We are looking for a phenomenal IT Support person with a passion for supporting Medigate employees locally and remotely.  This is a great opportunity for someone at a junior level who is looking for a career path and a way to develop additional skills and experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onboarding services to new employees
  • Oversee desktop support for non-Israel employees
  • Support user identification and authentication
  • Manage and monitor the security and operations of the enterprise desktop environment
  • Manage and monitor office/local network
  • Provide hardware and software support as needed

 

Your knowledge and skills:

  • 2-3 years experience providing desktop support
  • Desire to perform basic security tasks, including vulnerability scanning
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Must be able to record issues, seek corrective options, and document implemented solutions; on a regular basis, validate that corrective actions continue to work as intended
  • Ability to learn and use new technologies Windows knowledge required; Linux knowledge helpful
  • High energy work ethic, team player with the ability to work in a dynamic startup environment
